The wider team

Care is not one person, it is a unit

Renal nurses

Our nursing team runs every dialysis session: preparing your machine, connecting you, monitoring you throughout and disconnecting you safely. They are the people you will see most, and the ones who will know when something is not quite right with you.

On-site pharmacist

Medication is dispensed and explained in the same building, so you are not driving somewhere else afterwards. Ask them anything about what you are taking, when to take it, and why.

Administration team

Medical aid authorisations, codes, cash rates and appointment scheduling. They will tell you plainly what is covered and what is not, before you are surprised by it.

Transport drivers

They collect you from home and take you back again within our catchment areas. For many of our patients, they are the first friendly face of the day.

How we work

What you can expect from us

  • To be told the truth about your condition, in language you understand.
  • To be asked before decisions about your treatment are made.
  • To have your family included when you want them included.
  • To be treated with dignity and privacy at every session.
  • To have your questions answered without being made to feel silly for asking.

Come and meet us before you start

You are welcome to visit either clinic, see the unit and meet the nurses who will be looking after you. Message us to arrange a time.
