Book an appointment
Choose a date that suits you — we will confirm the time
Tell us which clinic you would like, what the appointment is for and the day that works best. Reception phones you back to confirm an exact time around our dialysis shifts.
Booking request
Your appointment details
Sending this sends your details straight to our reception team. Please do not include medical history, ID numbers or medical aid numbers.
How booking works
What happens after you send it
- 1. Your request reaches reception at the clinic you chose.
- 2. We check the nephrologist and dialysis shift schedule for your preferred day.
- 3. We phone you back to confirm an exact time, or offer the nearest alternative.
- 4. We tell you what to bring and whether transport is available in your area.
Response timeRequests sent during clinic hours are usually answered the same working day. [CONFIRM: response time commitment]
A booking request is not an emergency service and is not medical advice. If you are breathless, have chest pain, are bleeding from an access site or feel seriously unwell, go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
Starting dialysis with us for the first time? The patient registration form gathers everything the clinic needs before your first session.
Prefer to just talk to someone?
Our team is happy to answer questions about times, medical aids or transport before you commit to a date.
